This month we acknowledge Jodie Mason. Jodie has been apart of our TruNorth community since day one. I am consistently inspired by her loving and genuine energy! She has a beautiful soul that is spread to others and I am consistently in awe of what she brings to the studio each and every time she gets on her mat. Jodie is the face behind the beautiful Mala braceletsyou see walking into the studio, and along with Rowanne Moretto they have Buddhaful Malas. We have been lucky enough to have them in the studio for both adult and kids workshops and look forward to more in the future. Jodie, thank you for being you and always showing up authentic and genuine. You are truly an inspiration and I am honored to have you apart of our community.
Jodie's Journey:
Yoga ... is so much different for me than it was 20 yrs ago when I walked into my first evening class in the library. I’ve gone from wishing I had done more sooner, to the realization that my path was essential and has lead me here. I’m grateful every single time that I have had the opportunities through friends and my community to continue to be involved and included in the practice of yoga.... life. Yoga has giving me the strength to come back to what I know .. has lent me the ability to give attention where it is earned .. has taught me I am in control of nothing but my own breath. No matter where, what, when .. I am able to come back to all I have learned to cope with everyday. Every class, every share, I take away something to add to my life.
